Authz1 Authorization API with Subject & Resource Abstraction

Subject Abstraction

Provides coherence among all types of Authorization assignees (Roles, Groups and Users) from both the data model and API perspectives. The Authorization API calls are identical irrespective of whether we are querying Authorizations for a Role, a Group or a User.

Resource Abstraction

Provides coherence among all types of Resources (Application Features, Accounts, etc.) from both the data model and API perspectives. The Authorization API calls are identical irrespective of whether we are querying Authorizations pertaining to a bank account, or a UI component
